The Antithesis menu is built around the beauty and bounty of Colorado and the West. Founding Executive Chef Johnny Church brings his technique and point of view to the table, along with honest seasonality and freshness, all sourced from places where nature still plays a leading role.

To some degree, our menu is a love song to the exceptional travel and dining experiences we’ve had. We’re hell-bent on making food that means something; a true dining experience — and our greatest wish is to share that with you throughout the year.
